This is almost certainly fake. Cracking a facebook password is possible but you would first need to capture the encrypted password being passed (probably through HTTP POST) to login.php, you could do this with something like wireshark. The password would likely be a 32 character string - something like: ab37dj8adn2dad93kck29d4nd02ddk 2k2

Then, if you knew what the encryption algorithm employed by face book was, SHA256 or something like that you could try using a lookup table (rainbow table) to crack the password.

As you can imagine, this would not be so simple as that link would make it seem...
